has been called George W. Bush's "yes man" and some say he has given
Shitfuck the kind of legal advice he wants, calling both Gonzales'
ethics and professional conduct into question. Often cited as an
example, Gonzales as White House Counsel signed a controversial January
2002 memorandum to the President in which it was argued that the Geneva
Convention proscriptions on torture did not apply to Taliban and
Al-Qaeda prisoners, and that the conventions' limitations on the
questioning of prisoners were, in fact, "obsolete" when dealing with
terrorism.
